Urology is the investigation, diagnosis and treatment of urinary system conditions including the urinary tract, kidneys, adrenal glands, bladder, urethra and the male reproductive organs.
Our urology services are inspected and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. We have a fully equipped ultra clean air theatre suite comprising of three operating theatres all with laminar air flow and a dedicated endoscopy unit.
We provide diagnosis and treatment of all aspects of urology and urogynaecology including: all types of incontinence, bladder over activity, haematuria (blood in urine), urinary tract infections, urine retention, bladder pain, bladder, prostate and kidney cancer, kidney stones, testicular lumps, hydroceles, penile curvature and skin conditions, pelvic floor and vaginal prolapse problems.
The procedures we regularly perform include: cystoscopy, TURBT, adult circumcision, penile straightening, prostate biopsy, TURP, vasectomy and its reversal, bladder cancer treatment and stress incontinence treatments.
