Mr Paul Hamilton FRCS (Tr & Orth) is a Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon specialising in all adult foot and ankle surgery and trauma surgery.
Mr Paul Hamilton is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. His specialist interests include all conditions relating to the adult foot and ankle including sports injuries, forefoot surgery including bunions, arthroscopy, reconstruction and arthritis.
All surgical procedures of the ankle, hindfoot, midfoot and forefoot including arthroscopic procedures and arthroplasty.
Degenerate, traumatic or inflammatory midfoot and hindfoot conditions
Tendon or ligament problems including Achilles tendon, peroneal tendon and tibialis posterior dysfunction
Ankle pain or arthritis
Foot and ankle sports injuries
Initial consultation fee will not exceed £230 and follow-up consultation fee will not exceed £180.

Paul qualified from St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Hospital Medical College and went on to complete his orthopaedic training in London. He has had extensive training in foot and ankle surgery and completed three UK based fellowships with world-renowned surgeons as well as a travelling fellowship to Boston, USA.
He has presented and published research in orthopaedics throughout the world and continues to perform research in the field of foot and ankle surgery.
He has a keen interest in teaching, is a member of the Academy of Medical Educators and runs a fellowship programme. He became an Associate Professor of the University of Caribbean in 2019.
He has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in trauma and orthopaedics.
Paul is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, a member of the British Orthopaedic Association, the British Foot and Ankle Society and an international member of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Association.
He is currently the surgical director of the South West Elective Orthopaedic Centre, a well-known centre of excellence.
He has undertaken a travelling fellowship to Boston, USA. Having completed his training he went on to Addenbrookes's Hospital, Cambridge for a further year of specialist training in trauma, foot and ankle surgery.
He has presented and published research in orthopaedics through the world. He currently examines on the MSc in trauma and orthopaedics at Brighton University and teaches on several FRCS (Tr & Orth) courses.
