Mr Nama is a Consultant Gynaecologist in Ashtead, Surrey and specializes in gynaecological cancers and laparoscopic surgery.
He has performed and continues to perform numerous laparoscopic operations including hysterectomy (removal of womb), myomectomy (removal of fibroids), ovarian cancer staging procedures including omental biopsy and removal of the appendix, removal of tubes and ovaries for suspected cancer or high risk of ovarian cancers. He is adept in performing complex operations both by keyhole and via a tummy cut. He is an accredited colposcopist and specializes in looking after patients with abnormal smears and vulval diseases. Due to the complexity of his patients, he has developed an interest in menopause and hormone replacement therapy with a focus on improving quality of life.
