  • The cheerful, friendly and efficient staff at Ashtead Hospital could not have done more for me. They cared to my every need and their happy dispositions kept me going.   • A great little hospital with superb nursing care - a testament to the way Ramsay recruits and trains. The absence of frilly interiors was positively reassuring that this hospital was all about quality of care, patient safety and treatment outcomes which is what I valued above all else.   • What a wonderful service. From first appointment where the nurse did some checks and prepared me for what the procedure would be like and what I had to do to prepare for it through to the actual procedure itself (a week later) where the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the team were fantastic and the consultant was open friendly and took the time to explain what was happening. Despite feeling apprehensive about the procedure, they made me feel at ease and kept me informed constantly. Highly recommend the team and hospital. Thank you for taking care of me so well.   • I was extremely pleased with my treatment from start to finish. The staff were friendly and courteous and efficient. The hospital was spotlessly clean and the room I was placed in was very pleasant. The facilities within that area were more than adequate and spotlessly clean. I was not kept waiting. The communication between staff and patient were 100%, I couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend this hospital and if I had to go privately I would not hesitate to use their services again.   • I am writing to personally thank you and your staff at Ashtead Hospital.  I recently spent a week at Ashtead Hospital.  Despite not feeling at all well, your staff, nurses and doctors made my stay a pleasure.  From the kitchen staff, the Nurses, the Sister and Doctors, I received a caring and professional service at all times.  I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtead Hospital to anybody needing treatments and, should I ever need to return to hospital, I would choose Ashtead.   • I underwent a gastric bypass procedure just over twelve months ago, and in that time I have lost over 150lb and reached my target weight. There’s so much conflicting information online following the procedure in terms of what and when to eat, and so Deborah Norman’s support  throughout the process was invaluable - both her advice pre and then post-op. She’s always been available on the end of the phone or face-to-face, and is a huge reason why the operation has been such a success for me. Thank you! (John Williams)
