Due to the heightened use of smart phones, there continues to be a notable increase in headaches, back pain, muscle damage, nerve damage, spine disc herniation, spinal disc compression, poor posture, loss of lung volume capacity, gastrointestinal problems and possible early onset arthritis.

Helpful Hints

1. Take regular breaks from your smart phone screen.

2. Stop and text, don’t walk and text.

3. Lift arms, head and set shoulders when you text.
